FAQs
Good to know.
How much does BlueDial cost?
From £1,250 a month. Core is £1,250 a month for your LinkedIn and Instagram posts, a weekly newsletter and a weekly report on your industry. Growth is £1,500 a month and adds AI search, posts for your own personal social media and a monthly call. Partner is £2,000 a month and makes that call weekly, with advice on the rest of your marketing. There is no setup fee. You start with three months, then it is month to month.
Why is it priced like this and not like software?
Because the fee covers the work, not just the tool. Every week your industry is read, the posts are written, the imagery is made, and your voice is kept current as the business changes. A twenty-pound subscription is a different product. It gives you somewhere to type. The fair comparison is what a freelancer or an agency would charge to deliver the same week, every week.
What is the difference between the plans?
Growth adds AI search. Once a month we check whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini name you when your customers ask for a recommendation. You see who they name instead, and you get a short list of what to fix. Growth also writes posts for your own personal social media, and a monthly call to catch up and check in. Partner makes that call weekly, and widens it to the rest of your marketing. Every plan can message us directly from the content desk. We only take ten Partner clients.
What actually happens in the first month?
Week one we read everything you have published and build the voice from it, and you correct it. Week two your content desk fills for the first time and you tell us what to change. By week six most clients are approving rather than rewriting. That shift is the thing you are paying for.
What if I do not like what it writes?
Send it back with a note, in the content desk, in one line. It rewrites it and applies what you said to everything that follows. There is no limit on this and it is not charged for, because a system you have to fight is not worth having.
Are the images AI generated?
No. Every image is rendered from a coded template built to your brand, not produced by an image model. That is a deliberate choice: image models cannot spell reliably, and they will put a figure on a graphic that was never in the post. A template renders exactly the characters it is given, every time. The system goes further and refuses to produce an image carrying a number the post itself does not make. Your colours, typefaces and layouts come from your brand book, so what you get is your design rather than a house style with your logo dropped on it.
Do you post it for me?
Not in our standard plans, and that is on purpose. Every post goes out in your name, so every post should be read and approved by you first. You approve it, copy it, and post it. If you would like to approve and publish straight from BlueDial, we can build that as a bespoke system. Book a call and we can talk it through.
Can you build something bespoke?
Yes. If you need more brands, more markets, another language, another channel, or to approve and publish straight from BlueDial, we build a system around the way your team already works. It is priced on a call. Book a call and tell us what you need.
Am I tied in?
Three months to begin with, then monthly with one month's notice. The three months are there because the first fortnight goes into building your voice, and the system gets sharper every week after that. Judging it on one month would be judging it at its worst. After that you are never more than a month from leaving, and there is no exit fee. Move up or down a plan at any time.
Who owns what is written?
You do. The posts, the imagery and the voice document itself are yours, both while you are a client and after. If you leave, you take the voice with you.
