This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or send us by email: your name, company, work email and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.

Why we use it

To reply to you and talk about working together. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your enquiry within two years. If we do, your details become part of our client records.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our host (Netlify) and our font provider (Google Fonts) see your IP address when the page loads, as every website host does.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Clients

If you are a client, how we handle the content and data in your content desk is set out in your agreement with us.
